Services Administration Supervisor

Job description / Role

Coordinates activities involved with the following administration services: Travel arrangements, hotel reservations, car rentals, Uniforms, fleet maintenance, mail room, couriers, Telephone and Water/Electricity related issues, Office Assistants and administers the Petty Cash of the department.

- Degree holder in related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of air ticket reservations, hotel booking, car rentals, package tours.
- Fluent in English and locally used languages.
- Computer literate; should be able to maintain computerized purchase records.
- Thorough working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures.
- Extensive knowledge and ability to negotiate best vendor terms, pricing and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements.
- Complete knowledge of the products/services to be purchased.
- Negotiates contracts and applies cost reduction strategies
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.
- Knowledge of contracting process.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing / Fluency in Arabic Language is essential
- Knowledge and understanding of computerized purchasing systems
- Some knowledge of warehouse operations, ability to maintain/monitor stocks and reorder supplies as needed.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and procedures as related to procurement.
