Role
As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for all aspects of software architecture and development, from high-level to low-level design, testing, and documentation. This is a chance to make a significant impact and help shape the future of our company.

Responsibilities will include:
- Development of e-commerce solutions: As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for the development of e-commerce solutions and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, usability, performance, scalability and security.
- Design and Develop Microservices and APIs: You will be involved in the design and development of microservices and APIs to support the backend of our e-commerce solutions.
- You will also be responsible for diagnosing and solving technical issues related to e-commerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, marketing, engineering, IT, and operations, to develop and implement enhancements for Salesforce products. You will also provide training and support to internal teams.
- Drive Adoption and Integration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud: You will drive and manage the ongoing development of the Commerce Cloud tool and web properties and support adoption and integration into related areas of the organization. You will also be responsible for writing technical documentation (TSD and FSD) and leveraging your past experience to independently solve new problems and collaborate with others.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Senior Full-Stack or Senior Backend-End development experience on SFCC/Demandware
- Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) SFRA, Services framework, and platform capabilities
- Extensive experience in building responsive, scalable e-commerce websites
- Knowledge of Pipelines, JS Controllers, Demandware Script, and ISML Templates
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and other JS frameworks
- Deep understanding of SFCC concepts like Catalog, Products, Campaigns, Promotions, Customer Groups, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Cartridge or File Structure
- Proficient in using Demandware Script APIs for manipulating data, implementing business rules, customizing storefront behavior and interacting with SFCC platform services and functionalities
- Proficiency in SFCC data management, including defining and modeling data structures, creating custom objects, and managing data relationships
- Ability to diagnose and debug issues in SFCC applications using debugging tools, browser developer tools, and log analysis
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effectively working with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing requirements and priorities
- Leadership qualities, including mentorship, coaching, and guiding junior developers, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Good understanding of RESTful API development and JSON
- Cache strategy, CDN, front-end/back-end performance tuning, 3rd party integration, and Service integration experience
- Awareness of Dev Ops including Continuous Integration, Delivery, Agile Configuration Management, Environment Management, and Release Management practices.
