Reports to: Deputy CEO and COO

Job Summary:
On behalf of our sister companies, Albero Oro is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to establish and lead the accounting and finance department from the ground up across all companies and branches under the group.

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting and finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing financial actions, tracking cash flow, financial planning, and analysing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses.

Experience in the forex industry in Dubai is critical, as well as a deep understanding of compliance requirements with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within a multinational environment, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of driving the financial strategy for the group. This role reports directly to the Deputy CEO and COO.

Key Responsibilities:
Department Establishment:
- Establish the accounting and finance department from scratch, including hiring and training staff.
- Develop and implement comprehensive accounting and finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes across all entities.

Financial Leadership:
-Lead and manage the accounting and finance teams across all companies and branches under the investment group.
-Oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
-Ensure the integrity of the group’s financial data and reporting by establishing effective internal controls.

Financial Management:
-Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
-Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
-Ensure that the group adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly those set by the DFSA.
-Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions.
-Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.

Compliance Management:
- Ensure that all financial practices adhere to the regulatory requirements of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
- Stay updated on any changes in compliance regulations and ensure the group’s financial operations are fully compliant.
- Lead and represent the group in DFSA financial audits.

Team Leadership:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the finance department.
- Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting teams.

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid UAE residence permit.
- Strong knowledge of DFSA compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a multinational company..
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Languages (English - Fluent) & (Arabic - Desired)
- Experience in the finance industry or related sectors.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and standards in the UAE.
