Sales Specialist

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through building and maintaining strong customer relationships and implementing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the company's products or services to potential and existing customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to support sales efforts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven mindset
