Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our automotive team in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the automotive industry.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our range of automotive products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using the company's CRM system.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's brand and products.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of automotive products, market trends, and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
