Are you passionate about driving retail marketing strategies for leading brands? Our client is seeking a Retail Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence and driving sales across selected territories. Here's your chance to make an impact!

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with regional sales managers to develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand direction.
- Manage the operational implementation of retail marketing activities, ensuring alignment with sales targets and financial goals.
- Identify gaps and develop action plans to address challenges, considering business and financial aspects.
- Develop and manage communication flow plans aligned with brand and business KPIs.
- Partner with stakeholders to execute brand priorities and manage brand requirements across governance and regional spend.
- Manage retail marketing budgets and ensure compliance with dealer standards and financial compliance programs.
- Conceptualize and manage seasonal retail sales events/activations and provide post-campaign evaluation reporting.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and sales departments, ensuring alignment with tactical campaigns and annual planning rounds.
- Plan and deliver marketing roundtable sessions and ensure market representation in quarterly steering meetings.

Requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- University degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience in brand management, marketing strategy planning, and operations.
- Proven track record of working with leading global brands to drive brand building and cross-functional alignment.
- Strong communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Arabic speaking and writing skills advantageous with a strong understanding of intercultural relations across the region.
