NOTE : Strong network in UAE in school and universities is MUST ....Will be in overall charge of Marketing, Business Development and Expansion in GCC countries, and other potential European and African Markets in the future.

Job Description:
• Creating a Business Development Plan and executing the same to expand Company's presence in Dubai and GCC markets.
• Set up and generate revenue through distribution channels and education institutional tie-ups, to capture the TG – students from 9th grade till College Level.
• Attend educational industry functions, such as fairs and conferences, for representing the brand with the objective of sales promotion.
• Identify new opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels that will lead to sale.
• Use knowledge of market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Drive recruitment in the Company to fill positions in various teams, e.g.: Marketing team, Call Centre team, Content team, etc. as the company expand in the future.
• Developing Business Development Plan.
• Arranging meetings with management/ influences in schools, colleges, universities, etc. and thereby getting the "Preferred Career Counsellor" tag amongst them. Commercials to be worked out with these entities.
• Marketing and brand awareness and for student sign-ups.
• Drive other B2B and B2C sales channels
• Devise Email campaigns for conversions
• Identify, engage Call Centre Companies for call campaigns
• Closely working with our Digital Marketing Team to make our presence felt and thereby generating leads and inquiries.
• Weekly reporting to the Reporting Authority.

Requirements:

• Candidate must hold strong B2B sales and business development experience in education industry UAE
• Candidate must hold strong connections in schools, universities and colleges in UAE
• Represented EduTech Solutions at key education industry events and fairs in prior work roles
• Development and Expansion in GCC countries, and other potential European and African Markets in the future.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 27,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
