Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a security company is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor.

Key Accountabilities

Resourcing and Recruitment
- Understand recruitment requirements to produce and advertise for new and replacement positions
- Own manning sheets (ensuring only the most suitable candidates are secured)
- Complete all administration for the purpose of CV pre-screening, interviews, screening & vetting and recruitment as required
- Effectively manage candidate recruitment progress ensuring regular communications are maintained
- Assist with interviews, record accurate notes for file, coordinate the short-list of candidates and make recommendations for hire / no hire to relevant HR or Project Managers and manage the deployment process of personnel from home locations to projects worldwide

Support the Resourcing Co-ordinator in liaising with potential new staff to gather all necessary paperwork according to company’s Minimum Standards and ensure this is sent electronically to company’s IES; this includes:
- Identity checks e.g. passport, proof of address, driving licences
- Personal history verification e.g. police checks, references, military discharge papers
- Physical and mental health suitability
- Personal information forms e.g. CV, Job Application form, bank details
- Company documentation receipts e.g. staff handbook

Coordinating with the:
- Travel and in-country HR departments to ensure employees are provided with relevant visas and issued with flight tickets and hotel bookings as required
- Inform the HR Advisor to implement adequate insurance cover and ensure that employees have a full understanding of the cover provided
- Ensure that all personnel information and data is recorded electronically
- Provide support for internal transfers between business units
- Ensure up to date paperwork and documentation is provided for the files
- Coordinate travel and Visa bookings
- Record information collated from applications / interviews (salary, leave rotation etc) and maintain ‘competitor spreadsheet’
- KPI statistical data management providing summary commentary input for Trading Review
- Reporting on SLA metrics to the HR BP

Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure projects are fully manned as quickly and efficiently as possible within required deadlines
- Drive personnel deployment process to meet in-country arrival deadlines
- Ensure absolute conformance to company Minimum Standards RM Screening and selection paperwork at all times
- Monthly reporting completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

Educational Requirements / Qualifications

- Minimum Certificate in Recruitment Practice or equivalent experience
- Recruiter or HR Resourcing professional with demonstrable competitive recruitment experience
- Planning and conducting direct acquisition of candidates
- Recruiting high volumes of personnel for vacancies in a fast paced environment
- Experience of screening and vetting procedures and document verification and collation
- Proven implementation of integrated on-line and off-line resourcing techniques

Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in all MS Office and google applications and experience of Candidate Management / Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven communication and strong influencing skills (at all levels)

- Comfortable working in a demanding environment, meeting tight deadlines and dedicated to doing what is necessary to deliver successfully, including flexible working patterns
- Articulate, confident and engaging with the ability to nurture and maintain successful working relationships (even in stressful times)
- Meticulous eye for detail. ‘Completer-finisher’
- Professional Qualifications/Memberships
- CIPD or equivalent membership is desirable
