PROJECT DIRECTOR
Salary 100-125,000 AED Per Month

Project Director that has delivered 1 Billion AED + Projects for a Main Contractor in the UAE in the past 10 Years?

Project Director 2.6 Billion AED Construction Value just signed off

Reporting directly into the General Manager for the P&L of this Major Shopping Mall Development in Dubai.

Our client is VERY clear what they want and there is no budging on expectations

You will have delivered a 1 Billion AED Project for a Tier 1 Contractor in the UAE. They will not entertain someone that sat above the PD or under you must have been the Project Director ultimately leading the team.

You will understand the design changes, people management , politics and program issues that come on a major project.

You will of walked this path and have the right energy and desire to complete this race for our client!

• Reporting to the General Manager

Salary:
AED 100,000 to 125,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus Flights & Medical

Requirements

We are seeking the following :

• Happy to relocate to Dubai full time
• Strong contractual , technical and commercial awareness
• Clear Track record in the UAE for a Tier 1 Main Contractor
• Minimum 4 Year Commitment to deliver this project from start to finish
• Strong Construction Education & Training
