Position Title: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prominent scent solutions provider specializing in premium fragrances, advanced scenting machines, and high-quality oils.

Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient functioning of scent marketing operations, including deployment, maintenance, and customer service.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between customer service, sales, and technical teams to address client needs, manage installations, and provide post-service support.
- Analyse and streamline operational workflows and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Provide leadership and support to a team of 20+ employees, including setting goals, monitoring performance, conducting training, and facilitating professional development.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement efforts.

- Open to Indians, Egyptians, and Lebanese nationalities
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in BA, OM or any relevant field.
- Must have experience in the same industry
- Must be expert in Customer Service & Budget Management, Warehouse Operations
- Immediate joiners are highly prioritized.
