Job description / Role
International Mortgage Brokerage is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to coordinate and manage all the regional middle eastern based clients from the Dubai office.
The mandate is to deliver exceptional levels of mortgage advice to a fast growing middle eastern client base, looking to invest in the UK, UAE and regional property market
Specific Duties:
- Provide a compliant mortgage advisory service to a wide range of clients including British, European Expats as well as HNW Middle Eastern clients
- Working closely with the Head of Mortgage Brokerage in the UK converting qualified leads into mortgage business
- Achieve monthly targets
- New business generation
- Maintain Client relationships and portfolios
- Deal directly with private banks and a wide range of conventional and Islamic lenders
Requirements:
- Applicants must have at least 2 years mortgage advisory experience from a independent brokerage type background
- Applicants must be based in the UAE with experience of dealing with the regional market
- Applicants must have CeMAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships
The basic salary on offer is AED30,000 per month plus commission (although this is negotiable and the client is willing to pay a higher basic for an exceptional candidate)
