Job description / Role
- Design and develop architectural solutions for modular buildings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and develop design concepts.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications for modular building projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and identify potential challenges for modular construction projects.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure modular buildings meet design and performance standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the modular building process.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on modular construction.
- Experience working in the construction industry, preferably with modular building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
