Marketing Manager UAE - (Building Materials B2B & B2C)
Our client is a multinational manufacturer of building materials and is a market leader globally.
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Manager will drive business in the UAE through commercial process transformation and improving customer experience and price management/services. You will develop the country marketing plan in alignment with the Sales & Marketing Director and ensure excellence in execution at BU level. Stay on top of the competition through industry research and bench marking exercises. Design and implement marketing initiatives, collateral, promotions and events with key customers in the country. Work closely with the director on the Marketing Budget and long terms business plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Similar field with an MBA being an advantage
- 5+ years experience in marketing within the construction /cement/ chemical industry with a focus on marketing research, analysis and developing marketing plans
- Must have worked with a Multinational organisation and should have exposure to the UAE market for a minimum of 1 year. Candidates with GCC exposure but not based in the UAE will be considered
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic are a must have
- Travel 20% within GCC
