Job description / Role
The purpose of the role is to drive awareness of the suite of commercial products we offer throughout the MENA region by implementing a variety of focused marketing strategies. The candidate will also assist with identifying new training-specific business opportunities and soft sales.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager based in Dubai but working closely with the Training Manager and Dispute Resolution Services Manager.
• Plan and implement specific marketing strategies for our Commercial Products – Training and Dispute Resolution.
• Manage digital campaigns to grow our presence across all virtual mediums, including email, web, and social media.
• Monitor and analyse key metrics of digital performance.
• Update existing training collateral and design new marketing collateral where required.
• Conduct market research to identify new training clients and opportunities.
• Manage incoming training enquiries.
• Coordinate the implementation and development of new regional training products
• Grow and manage a training-specific customer database.
Requirements
• Communications: Confident and diplomatic communicator with an excellent grasp of English (written and spoken). Arabic speaking and writing skills are desirable but not essential.
• Highly IT literate (MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Experience of Content Management Systems, CRM and Email Marketing Databases
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Good problem solving ability, creativity, drive and entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience of organising and running events
• Ability to work on own initiative and good team player
• Willing and able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business within the region, as and when required
• Attention to detail
• Confident, reasoned, fact-based decision making
