Luxury Deputy Store Manager

Charterhouse is working exclusively with a prestigious luxury goods and Jewellery brand who are looking to hire an experienced Deputy Store Manager, to support managing their boutique in Dubai.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to become a part of a globally recognized luxury brand with a constantly growing presence across the Middle East. This role will support the Boutique Manager to develop and enhance the boutique's performance and the profitability and assist with the leadership through effective people management. In addition, this position will be responsible for supporting the management of the team and boutique in order to reach and exceed all targets and KPIs and will conduct marketing and promotional activities to maximise profits and drive the store and the brand to succession.

The Deputy Store Manager will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store, and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage. Additionally, this role will work alongside the Store Manager and provide necessary monthly reports and feedback. This role requires product knowledge and awareness of market trends at all times. The Deputy Store Manager must have strong business development and relationship building skills.

Requirements

Our client is looking for a dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong leadership, team development and operational skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience, working for an international high-end brand. Previous experience working in Europe would be advantageous. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for the industry. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
