Legal Manager- Luxury Real Estate Developer - Dubai

As Legal Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing legal matters related to property development, sales, marketing, and broader commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Description

* Draft, review, and negotiate real estate and development contracts, including sales, leasing, and construction agreements.
* Provide legal support for sales, marketing, and other commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE law and company policies.
* Advise senior management on legal risks, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements related to property development.
* Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders on litigation, disputes, and arbitration related to property matters.
* Manage corporate transactions, including joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions as they relate to property development.
* Stay updated on UAE property laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
* Assist in developing legal strategies to support the company's growth and development initiatives.

* A minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience (PQE), with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE.
* Proven experience with real estate, development, sales, marketing, and commercial contracts.
* Strong knowledge of UAE property and commercial laws.
* Experience working with luxury property developments or large-scale construction projects is a plus.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
