Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global consulting firm. Our client is looking to hire a capable and proactive Learning and Development Manager to join their Dubai team.
As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for the learning function across the UAE.
Your main responsibilities will be to conduct learning needs analysis and identify skills and learning gaps across your population. You will also be required to travel to other offices in order to meet with Business Heads and plan the curriculum, design and adapt programs and then deliver courses on soft skills.
In addition, you will evaluate courses, contribute to employee engagement initiatives and report on any findings. This is a role which will gradually grow into a more strategic position.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience within Learning and Development specifically and this must be within your last role. It is essential that you come exclusively from a professional services background. Arabic speaking candidates would be preferred.
