About The Role

To allocate the tailoring requirements received to the tailors, arrange to carry out the necessary repairs as
per customer specifications and ensure timely delivery of the goods with a view to offer excellent customer
service and solicit the continued patronage of key customers

What You'll Be Doing

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

- Receive the tailoring requirements from the store staff and allocate the responsibilities to relevant tailors
- Guide the tailors to carry out the alterations to suit the customers requirements
- Advise customers on the options available to help shape/ alter the item to suit their requirements/ preferences/ tastes to enable them to make informed decisions on their purchases
- Offer customer service of the highest quality by carrying out alterations to clothes as per the specifications given by customers and deliver the goods on time, so as to enable them to enjoy a personalized service and a happy shopping experience.

About You

Education/Certification and Continued Education
- High School qualification with a diploma or certificate in tailoring

Years of Experience

- 3 - 4 years experience in the retail industry
