Job description / Role
Client is a Global Investment and Wealth Management company. They are looking for a 'corporate world' experienced professional who has lead and managed a highly organised IT Help-desk and desktop support team, without a co-orate company.
Requirements:
- Preferably European or USA citizen who is also Arabic speaking
- managing and running a IT service desk 1st - 3rd line support
- ITIL certification
- Hands on and technical (Exchange, DNS, Windows server, Active Director, Networking, Messaging, Cisco, VMware etc)
