Job description / Role
This HR Manager role is for a group of companies covering a varied portfolio of industries including Construction, Retail, Finance and Manufacturing. They are a well established company in Abu Dhabi and represent some very well known brands and products. They have proved to be extremely successful and have recently produced growth plans for the next 2 years. It is due to these plans that they require a hands on operational HR Manager at group level.
You will be responsible for all HR functions and offer your expertise to the Management team in all aspects of personnel, from on boarding through to disciplinary matters. There is a small team to support you with the administration, but you will also be expected to be fully involved and take a hands on approach. This is not a role for a strategic HR Manager- this role requires the successful candidate to be instrumental in the development of the HR function, but also have a "can do" approach. You will have a positive outlook and work to ensure best practices are implemented efficiently and to support all employees at all levels, whether they are office or factory based. You will handle the department in a professional manner and strive to ensure the company becomes an employer of choice for the future.
Requirements:
As part of the companies growth they are seeking experienced HR Managers that have been exposed to a similar diverse groups of companies. Candidates that have also implemented quality standards such as ISO 9000 and worked to develop a diverse, further skilled workforce to help improve company and customer standards are encouraged to apply. A HR qualification is also essential to this role and a minimum of 3 years experience at group level.
