A pivotal role for a highly experienced Technology leader to spearhead our technology strategy and operations. Here, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team, overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure, and driving transformation initiatives.

Description

* Drive digital transformation initiatives, implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
* Oversee all aspects of Tech infrastructure, including cyber security, enterprise solutions, communication systems, and network management.
* Build, lead, and manage a diverse and talented Tech team, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
* Partner with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop technologically driven solutions.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security standards.
* Lead the development and implementation of IT budgets.

Requirements

* Possess over 12 years' experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
* Proven track record of success in a senior IT leadership role within the financial services industry.

* Experience in leading and motivating high-performing IT teams.
