Position Title: Guest Relations Manager

Salary: Up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, cash, and credit tips

About the Client:
A gastronomic escape in the heart of Palm Jumeirah offering elevated dining to entertainment

Job Description:
• Ensuring all hostesses provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell to each guest
• Relating diplomatically and courteously with guests to always ensure excellent service
• Scheduling, training, coaching, and counselling all host staff
• Conducting monthly meetings and illustrating the proper techniques and etiquette for service
• Treating all guest in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction and always striving to exceed their expectations

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Russian speakers
• Female, 25 to 35 years old
• At least 1 year experiece in fine dining and bar
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
