Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care for individuals and families of all ages, focusing on preventive care and the overall well-being of our patients. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based medical care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care.
- Build and maintain strong patient-doctor relationships based on trust, empathy, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.
- Participate in regular meetings and discussions to review and improve patient care practices, protocols, and outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest medical developments, treatments, and technologies to provide the best possible care to patients.
- Contribute to community outreach and education programs to promote health and wellness in the local area.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Medical degree
- Specialization Family Medicine
- Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
- Passion for community health and a desire to make a positive impact on the well-being of individuals and families.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and proficiency in using technology for patient care and documentation.
