Position Title: Events Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 7K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
• To develop knowledge of Food & Beverage and all facilities, including detailed menu and wine knowledge, size and capacities of function areas and restaurants.
• To respond to business enquiries promptly identify the needs of clients/ potential clients’ accurately and efficiently.
• To prepare client function sheets accurately and promptly, ensuring details are communicated to all those concerned.
• To ensure that the policies, procedures, and rules are adhered to at all times, including loss and/ or damage to the property and/ or revenue.
• To attend training courses as determined by the Department and the needs of the business, including annual fire, hygiene, health, and safety training.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• Diploma in hospitality is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience as an Events Executive in the hospitality industry 35 years old and below
• Diploma in hospitality is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience as an Events Executive in the hospitality industry
