Job description / Role
• Administrative Support, Events Coordination, Attendee Management, Communication, Documentation and Reporting, On-site support, budget management, Creative Input.
Working Environment:
• Successful candidates will be expected to have a flexible work schedule in order to help facilitate evening and weekend events and activities on a semi-regular basis.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in events management or a related field
• Experience supporting multiple functions and proven track record of successfully managing concurrent duties and assignments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in, database management, event management, and file organization.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary:
AED
5,500 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
