In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance our IT consulting services. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using advanced statistical techniques and tools.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems and improve decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and design data solutions that align with business objectives.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Participate in project planning and estimation, contributing to the successful delivery of data science projects on time and within budget.
- Document methodologies, processes, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, preferably within the IT consulting industry.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, with the ability to apply them to real-world business problems.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present data insights effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Passion for data science and a continuous desire to learn and improve in a rapidly evolving field.
