Position Title: Customer Service Advisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission

A trusted group in Dubai, offering an all -in-one government services to business owners, investors, and all entities within UAE.
Job Description:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with DED-related inquiries, including business registration, licensing, permits, and other regulatory processes.
• Assist clients in preparing and organizing the necessary documentation required for various processes.
• Address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Provide clear and concise guidance to clients on navigating DED procedures, requirements, and timelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping to support efficient operations within the customer service department.
Salary:
AED
10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Emirati and Comoros nationalities
• 25 to 40 years old
• Must have at least 1 year experience in Customer Service
• Must have at least a Highschool Diploma
