Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role involves the ownership and co-leading the execution of key aspects of our aligned NME Digital & Social Media Roadmap. This roadmap states that Nestlé is the FMCG leader in leveraging digital/social media to win with consumers and build brands.

Major Responsibilities:
- Driving Internal Communications Road Map in alignment with the Corporate Communication Strategy (global and regional) while utilizing, enhancing and creating the different platforms of communication (the Nest, Chatter, DARE m.e., CEO Video, Leadership Conference, Internal Announcements, emails & internal activations etc…)
- Manage internal communication projects and create quality instruments and creating Corporate and Brand Projects
- Communicate information that either anticipates or simultaneous with external release in a timely manner
- Support in designing communication programs tailored to the diverse employee groupings
- Co-ordinate different communication channels (both internal and external) to ensure consistency and creativity of messages
- Provide advice and guidance, lead internal Communication Champions in the 13 Countries
- Identify change situations requiring special communications efforts such as digital internal communication platforms such as nest, chatter and DARE me application

Requirements:

- A university degree Communication, Media, PR, or Digital, Nutrition (candidates with Nutrition degree must have communication experience)
- Has consistently demonstrated success in delivering engaging digital marketing/social solutions and platforms.
- Solid digital & social marketing expertise (1-2 years)
- Ability to analyze, interpret and react to real time trends and data
- Proven track record in delivering digital marketing projects
- Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse business situations
- Good Internet & social platforms technical and functional knowledge
- Experience in managing signals to interpret and react (real time analysis of trends and data, filtering, listening, adaptive – shorter lead times based on dynamic environmental changes)
- Project management skills
- Strong relationship management abilities
