Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational organisation which is looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager to join their team based in Dubai. This role will be largely focussed on establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with the organisations’ B2B accounts which includes sponsors and VIP clientele.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a multinational organisation which has a strong global footprint during a time when they are further increasing their presence across the region and are expanding their portfolio of offerings. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact through all stages from pre to post event for the organisations B2B clientele including VIP’s, C-level executives and high-level government representatives.
In addition, the Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for creating relevant meeting agendas and arranging accordingly with the client to attain a full understanding of their needs and expectations.
Requirements
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate should have 3 years minimum experience in an account management or client relations role, dealing with B2B partners in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be personable, driven and a strong communicator. In addition, excellent written and communication skills in English are essential for this role. Travelling across the GCC and to visit international offices from time to time may be required, therefore candidates must be flexible to travel when required by the business.
