Our Client
Our client is a leading luxury client, with their MENA headquarters based in Dubai
- Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Leading and coaching a team of sales executives
- Formulating the staff rota
- Processing holiday requests
- Providing weekly briefs and workshops
- Managing the shops P&L
- Ensuring maximisation of cross selling
- Leading all recruitment actitvies
- Producing sales reports
Requirements:
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree educated
- Advanced English - Oral and Written
- Extremely well presented
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong retail experience
- Minimum 5 years experience within a luxury brand
- Strong Luxury Brand Knowledge
- Keen interest in Fashion
