We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Equity Partner / Equity Partner to join our prestigious International Law Firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading our Corporate practice and will be responsible for handling complex international corporate matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and globally recognized firm.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Corporate practice group, providing strategic direction and guidance to the team
- Handle a wide range of complex international corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-level legal advice and ensuring exceptional client service
- Participate in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities for client engagement and revenue generation
- Provide mentorship and support to junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative legal solutions for clients

Salary:
GBP 40,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: The above is dependant on the book of business

Requirements

- Proven track record as a successful Corporate lawyer, with extensive experience in handling international corporate matters within a reputable law firm or legal department
- Admitted to practice law in a recognized Common law jurisdiction, with a strong understanding of the local legal and regulatory framework
- Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a substantial book of business, with a focus on client development and retention
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of legal professionals
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Confident with their book of business which for
- SEP - Would need to stand at £2.5 Million
- EP - Would need to stand at £1.5 Million

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
