Loss Prevention Supervisor

Job description / Role

A Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for preventing theft and other losses in a retail store, warehouse, or other commercial establishment. They typically develop and implement loss prevention programs, train and supervise loss prevention staff, and investigate theft and fraud cases.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement loss prevention programs, such as security measures, training, and audits
- Supervise loss prevention staff, including security guards, investigators, and loss prevention analysts
- Investigate theft and fraud cases, including interviewing witnesses, reviewing surveillance footage, and collecting evidence
- Work with law enforcement to prosecute theft and fraud cases
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to prevent losses
- Stay up-to-date on loss prevention trends and technologies

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential

Additional Information

- Experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English
- Additional languages are a plus
