Investment Manager

Job duties

• Be responsible for the evaluation of investment opportunities provided by the Investment Manager in line with company strategy and long-term investment goals
• Develop financial models and return on investment analysis as well as prepare recommendation report for management
• Prepare business cases for potential investment opportunities and evaluate their acceptance from a financial perspective, considering such criteria like Cash Flow NPV analysis, Comparative analysis, Asset Valuation analysis and other.
• Be responsible for creating a comprehensive due diligence report for potential investment opportunities and be able to present such a report for effective decision making
• Act as an internal subject matter expert and support other functions of the company with all investment-related matters

Requirements

Experience and skills required for the job

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Finance
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of professional experience in Investments within KSA or GCC region
• Strong knowledge of Islamic Financial Principles
• Preferred experience with investments evaluation for waste management or similar industry
• Very good knowledge of market analysis
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to frame challenges, analyze significant data points and draw conclusions as well as strong communication skills and intellectual curiosity is a must
• Expertise in investment processes including due diligence activities
• Very strong communication skills and fluency in the English language, both written and spoken
• Preferable fluency in the Arabic language – written and spoken
• Individual contributor and creative problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to take ownership of an issue
• Strong business judgment, curiosity, comfort with ambiguity
