Data Privacy Architect

Job Purpose

Planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's computer and network security infrastructure. Safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Key Accountability Areas

Security Infrastructure Design
- Define and deploy processes to detect and prevent privacy breaches.
- Design and implement data protection and privacy programs to comply with Data Privacy Law such as PDPL and GDPR.

Regulatory Compliance
- Draft a privacy breach response policy and protocol to help you minimize the damage.
- Build processes and procedures for better managing privacy matters across the organizations, including managing vendors, raising and maintaining awareness among staff members, and simplifying privacy compliance through all departments and teams.

Policy Development
- Drafting privacy and cookie consent policies.
- Create data privacy governance structures.
- Support the continuous development of our methodologies, tools and knowledge base related to privacy.

Best Practice
- Remain informed on privacy trends and issues, including current and emerging technologies and best practices; advise, counsel, and educate executive and management teams on their relative importance and financial impact; recommend and implement changes where necessary.

- Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Any relevant field

- 6 to 10 Years
