Job description / Role
Job duties
• Summary of Job duties and job description include but are not limited to:
• Previous experience and familiar with all aspects of sales of corporate banquet hall
• Daily outdoor meetings and approaching corporate customers
• Receive and respond to incoming corporate enquiries
• Manage and respond to walk in corporate customers
• Receive and respond to email/online corporate enquires
• Prepare accurate written correspondence including proposals, offers, official letters, contracts, reports, banquet orders
• Achieve the monthly target
• Corporate event lead generation
• Weekly/monthly reports
• Arrange with catering, photography, decoration, events facilities and hall setup with concern departments/companies
• Follow up collections and related reservation payments
Requirements
Experience and skills required for the job
• Bachelor Degree on business or equivalent
• Driving license
• Negotiation and sales skills
• Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the Arabic and English language
• Good organizational skills, Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Able to handle a large volume of meetings, telephone calls in an efficient
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, emails
• Food and Beverage knowledge is a plus
• Work well under pressure and being a team player
• Detail oriented, well developed organizational skills and a strategic thinker
• Working knowledge and realworld experience in planning, managing and executing social media initiatives
• Ability of Business development for the targeted corporate segments
