Construction Lawyer - Mid Level - Non Contentious

We are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Lawyer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-contentious construction law and will play a key role in providing legal support and advice to our clients in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Comfortable and experience in all FIDIC related matters
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on non-contentious construction matters including contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
- Assist in the preparation and review of construction-related documentation such as contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on construction law issues and provide recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the construction industry.
- Participate in negotiations, mediations, and settlements related to construction disputes and claims.
- Stay updated on industry developments, changes in legislation, and case law related to construction law.

Salary:
SAR 40,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Law from a recognized institution, with a focus on construction law preferred.
- Ideally admitted to practice law in Common Law jurisdiction with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in non-contentious construction law.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, project documents, and relevant regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of providing effective legal advice and support to clients in the construction industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English language both written and spoken is a requirement.
