Job description / Role
Job duties
• Monthly Closing.
• Follow up Pending Debit notes.
• Check JV After closing.
• Cash Control and Inventory with Cashier from time to time.
• Payroll preparation (Deduction and addition List).
• EOS Checking with GL.
• Payroll final Report review.
• Account receivable: Follow up Reconciliation, Aging preparation, checking and Collection.
• Account Payable: Follow up Reconciliation, Aging preparation and checking/ Managing Payments.
• Asset Review of monthly JV.
• Prepaid Checking.
• Accrual Preparation and checking on Monthly Basis.
• Accrual review of monthly JV.
• Journal Voucher Entry, Receivable, Payable.
• Supervision of Accounts and their activity.
• Supervision of the Journal Vouchers.
• Bank Reconciliation / Entry of outstanding Numbers / Bank Transaction Review.
• Bank Situation.
• Cash flow Management between banks.
• Management Report P&L Month/ Yearly Closing / Presentation / Feasibility Study / Budget.
• Budget Preparation.
• Zakat Preparation.
• Insurance policies / Review / Calculation.
• Implementation of new ideas in ERP and testing new modules.
• Assisting the accounting Dept. with any problem in ERP.
• Any other tasks assigned by the director and be related to improve the position.
Requirements
Experience and skills required for the job
• Saudi Nationality
• Bachelor in Accounting
• At least 7 years experience
• Advanced English
