Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Title:
Supervisor PHL

- Maintenance and Troubleshooting activities of equipment in Product Handling equipments associated with Bulk loading of Ships - preferably Fertilizer products such as Urea.
- Experience in repair/ replacement of wire rope and sheaves, drive unit, travel and bogie wheel, lubrication pump, spout and thrower, counterweight rod and bearings, cable reel & components, slewing ring and drive unit of a ship loader.
- Installation, removal, and fixing back equipment such as Gear boxes, Motors, using Barge cranes.
- Experience of repair/ replacement of Chain, sprocket, Link, Blades, Bogie wheels, Drive unit, Wire rope, sheaves, Cable reel, Lump crusher of a Reclaimer in a Fertilizer plant.
- Effectively Supervise, direct, guide team to perform maintenance activity as necessary.
- Handling different types of tools used for maintenance activities and working in high elevation with adequate safety protective equipment.
- Use of correct and appropriate tools, methods, and resources for given activities.
- Have good HSE awareness with respect to working at heights, Heavy lifts, Energy Isolation, Jetty operations and has ability to independently carry out Jab Safety Analysis.

Requirements

- Thorough understanding and correct interpretation of the relevant technical documents - Isometrics, drawings, layout, P&ID, datasheets etc.
- Sufficient awareness of Planning and scheduling methods, systems, tools.
- Problem analysis and Root cause solving methods, systems, tools.
- Shall have a working knowledge of MS Office (at least Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Engineering Diploma in respective trade (12+3 years)
- 10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and competency
- Hands-on experience of Work order part of EAM(Maintenance) module of SAP
- Working level competency in Communication, Team management, Report writing
