Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• To manage the IT functions of the company, its subsidiaries, and related entities.
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy.
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice for the organization.
• Lead IT projects including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Assess requirements across the organization to develop IT solutions.
• Monitor performance of IT systems.
• Make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure as applicable.
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.

Required additional skills:
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.

Requirements

• A B.Sc /B.Tech. degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields. 15 years' experience in IT operations, including the management and leadership of large IT projects and the implementation of IT infrastructure across various technologies.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, networks, and systems administration, as well as databases and data storage systems.
