Job description / Role
Our client is a leading engineering firm based in Qatar who are seeking a Contracts & Proposals Manager to join their expanding team.
Candidates must have an engineering background and have at least 10 years experience in a similar role.
You must be experienced in pre-contracts or design stage.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have 10+ years of relevant experience in Contracts & Proposal in consultancy services in Design & Architectural industry.
- Well versed in drafting, preparing Tender and Bidding projects for pre- contracts
- Minimum 10yrs total experience with at least 3 years' experience in GCC
- A degree of Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Must be a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MIRCS)
