Job description / Role
Job Summary:
The job included studying the current training programs in HR HMC, analyzing and understanding the gap (gap analysis) and providing feedback on the existing programs and then developing and designing new programs for HR Learning and Development Section.
Essential Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's plus Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS or a related field.
Experience:
1. 5 years or more experience in the health sector, particularly in the Learning and Development section.
2. Has extensive experience in projects related to L&D.
Other Essential Requirements:
- Male
- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
