IT Business Systems Analyst

Job description / Role

Responsible for the implementation & support of reengineered processes & Business Solutions specifically within the Sales & Supply Chain functions across the organization.
- Process Defining and Mapping
- Assist Business Solutions Manager in product evaluations
- Assist in New projects implementation rollouts - Coordination with Business Solution team, Vendors and Functional Users to implement across the organization
- ERP systems
- CRM systems
- Management Reporting systems,
- Sales force automation handheld systems
- & Other related systems
- Manage small teams that involves outsourced support consultants as well as internal employees
- Provide customer service to end users in terms of all business application support and follow helpdesk management software
- Master data migration in new roll outs - Coding & Finalization of Master data Item, Production BOM, Routing, Vendor, Customers, Chart of Accounts, Fixed Assets etc.
- User testing and sign off of business processes
- Address new process issues Conduct, user requirements gathering meeting, Tracking & Resolving Issues related to business process, data migration of ERP & related systems
- Document the implementation methodology, process flow charts & prepare user manuals
- Conduct Training for Key users / end users for roll outs and onwards - Communicate and train on how to efficiently and effectively use the implemented software systems
- Managing system Customization requests - Getting reports/business requirements from Business owners. Convert to request for customizations and implement
- Ensure segregation of duty is in place and appropriate user authorizations are given
- Hyper care support for new rollouts
- Test, analyze and maintain new software applications
- Ad hoc duties as requested by senior management

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT

Minimum Experience:
- 3 years experience in ERP Systems
- Prior experience in Manufacturing/FMCG industry
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred
- Experience in Salesforce Automation systems is preferred
