Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties are as follows:

- All administration activities of the application under capacity
- Make sure all applications working fine
- Investigate the issues and fix them
- All L1 activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher
- CCNA is a plus
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Good command of the English Language
- Desire to grow and learn new technologies

The candidate must have a good knowledge on the following:
- CISCO IPCC
- CISCO ICM
- CISCO IVR
- CISCO WFM
- Voice GW
- Swtiching and Routing
