Job Description

As a Tennis Instructor , your role involves providing expert training for tennis enthusiasts of all ages and proficiency levels.

- Teaching Tennis Techniques: You'll guide students in learning and improving various tennis skills.
- Individual and Group Lessons: Coordinate and conduct both individual and group tennis lessons.
- Health and Fitness Advice: Offer advice on cardio training, stamina, and general fitness.
- Equipment Management: Provide guests with tennis balls and racquets, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
- Court Maintenance: Understand how to maintain tennis courts, service ball machines, and open/close courts daily.
- Night Lessons: Some resorts offer night lessons with floodlit courts, so evening shifts may be required.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Tennis Coach or Instructor.
- Sound knowledge of various coaching techniques.
- CPR and first aid certifications.
- The ability to motivate trainees.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for tennis.

Certification:

- Obtain certification to coach tennis from an accredited training institution is an advantage.

Resume:

- Aside from the documentation, tennis instructors will need to be physically fit and be able to connect with different cultures and types of people.
- You need to be friendly and patient with your trainees and be a good communicator.
