What will you do?
- Provide expertise and guidance on agricultural technologies and practices to support farmers, agricultural businesses, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agricultural technologies, machinery, and practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to farmers and agricultural businesses on various agricultural topics, such as crop management, pest control, irrigation systems, and soil health.
- Manage irrigation, fertilization and disease control programs for these crops with consideration to provide alternatives.
- Supervising various soil preparation operations Such as (soil ploughing; planting, irrigation, fertilization, plant protection, and crop harvest.
- Conduct research and evaluate new agricultural products, equipment, and technologies to assess their suitability and effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to agricultural machinery, equipment, and software.
- Conduct on-site visits to farms and agricultural businesses to assess technical requirements and provide recommendations.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate farmers and agricultural professionals on the effective use of agricultural technologies and practices.
- Monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Technical skills:
- Proven experience in Proven experience in agricultural technical support, agronomy, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of agricultural technologies, equipment, and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Project management experience is preferred.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or any related field.
