Job description / Role

We are looking for a professional and friendly Hostess to join our team in the food and beverages industry in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and genuine welcome to guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a delightful dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant or venue
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure timely and efficient service
- Provide menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist in promoting special events, offers, and promotions to guests
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm and welcoming personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in handling reservations and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus
- Fluency in English, additional language skills are an advantage
- A professional appearance and demeanor
