Job description / Role
- Prepares monthly management reports for all units across the portfolio, reviews reports and forecasts for overseas locations.
- Prepares management reporting pack and supporting commentary on monthly and YTD variance analysis (Actual vs Budget and Forecast and graphs, charts to analyse data) and prepares consolidation of all L&E unit accounts on a timely basis.
- Prepares annual budgets, analysis and commentary in close coordination with the unit GMs and Director– Operations L&E.
- Prepares 5 year plans, financial simulations, analysis and presentation. Critically analyse revenue projections, compare trends and analyse costs.
- Attends meetings with top management to review financial performance. Highlights areas of concern.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level, preferably with a professional qualification.
- Strong finance background in a professional organisation with a minimum of 10 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player with excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to make decisions in accordance with responsibilities.
- Must possess strong analytical skills to guide the management decision- making process.
- The incumbent works with a high degree of independence in performing accounting and financial activities.
