Job description / Role
The client is a leading provider of Healthcare services to various hospitals and clinics based in Dubai.
The role of the Operations Manager would mainly involve the following responsibilities:
- Have experience in handing huge medical insurance claims processing with coding knowledge and leading a team of 60-80 people ( complete understanding of submissions/ resubmissions etc.)
- Understanding or experience in claims adjudications /building or creating rule engine for claims automation
- Possess good Analytical skills, excellent communication skills in English – (Arabic an advantage)
- Good computer , report analysis, people management skills
- Have experience in HAAD/DHA billing methodologies
- Good contacts with the major Payers in the UAE
- Willing to travel as and when required in UAE and outside
- Will be representing the client
Requirements:
- Must have a Medical Degree (MBBS from a recognized university)
- Candidates for this role can be located from Daman, NMC hospital, AXA, or major insurance and healthcare providers end. Daman preferred.
- 6-8 years’ of experience as Manager or a senior role
- Ideally male- confident personality
