Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a Fortune 500 Company headquartered in the US. They are setting up a new office in DAFZA and are currently seeking an office assistant to support them on a part time basis. The role is available for four hours per day, four days per week.

- General reception and office administration duties to support a busy team of sales consultants. Duties to include:
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Receive visitors and clients
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing,
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supply and pantry inventories
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries

Requirements:

Our client is seeking someone with excellent communication skills including fluency in English. Ideally you will come from an office administration background and be seeking to work part time. The location of DAFZA should be within easy access from your home.
