Job description / Role
Reporting to the Country Manager the incumbent will implement series of marketing activities to grow the distributors network.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing all marketing activities and sales events
- Developing marketing strategy in line with the company objectives.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Guiding and training distributors in system operation
- Conducting training and motivation event
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Work experience in Direct Selling or MLM is preferred
- Pleasant personality with excellent PR skill
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skill in English
- Good presentation and training skill
- Able to work on irregular hour and weekend
